The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Workplace Inclusion is now the FTC’s Office of Workplace Inclusivity and Opportunity (OWIO). The OWIO ensures that the Federal Trade Commission maintains a work environment that is free from all forms of illegal discrimination, including reprisal and harassment. The OWIO processes complaints of discrimination. Persons who believe that they have been subjected to unlawful employment discrimination are encouraged to call the OWIO at (202) 326-2196 or email eeo@ftc.gov.
